Her Majesty in her great wisdom allowed me the time to work on a couple of my projects the last couple of weeks. Never mind the fact that I hounded her until she did. In the end we have results. Why she doesn’t listen to me more often is beyond my comprehension, never the less ’Have a Happy Easter’ is finished. YES, finished I tell you.
I’m quietly happy with how this has turned out. At present in is sitting at just over 13,000 words, but with some layering and tweaking I may get it higher.
Mel is torn between two men, each gives her pleasure she had only dreamed of – together they take her to heights unimaginable. Brodie and Chris were willing to share until they fell in love with their sex goddess – now their jealousy could push her away. Are they willing to risk it?
‘Sex Me Up’ is also finished at at bit over 5,000 words. Like ‘Have a Happy Easter’ I’m aiming this one for Spice Briefs. I’ve hit the words count and it may go higher once I start to edit. Of course Her Majesty is making me wait. “Let it sit,” she says. I don’t want to let it sit. I want to edit it right NOW! Okay, deep breath, I fine, I can wait. Again, Im happy with how this turned out. I did have to add a few words on the original piece I wrote for a Kiwi Writer’s challenge, but a little moving of scenes here and there and it fell into place.
For Travis Watson his life is simple and he likes it that way. He writes, eats and sleeps. That is until he hires his new personal assistant. Too late he realises ‘she is sex on legs’. Shelly has waited a month for her new boss to notice her, with a storm brewing outside she is hoping to get a cyclone happening inside.
That’s it for my update. Better go I have some hounding to do, ‘Runnin’ Wild’ needs working on. Wish me luck.

I started a new novel over Easter. ‘Have a Happy Easter’ is the working title at this stage. Like most things her Majesty does, jumps in with both feet when a challenge is offered, and once again it has paid off for me. This time we are venturing into new territory, a place we have not thought of but one the characters decided to take us. Yes, we are working in the land of ‘Ménage a Trois’, how exciting, something new, it also means research. Research into sex toys, mind blowing the things you can get. Even more mind blowing was Her Majesty explaining to her older sister about Butt Plugs. This is a sister that a few years back would jump any four lettered ‘F’ words. Now she wants to read our erotic novels. I’d love to be a fly on the wall when that happens. LOL.
Read the blog down a bit to find out about the story. Yesterday we added another 523 words, not a lot but it is a start to getting back into the swing of writing. I’m hoping that this will be one of the novels, Her Majesty works on during the 50/30 challenge in June. If you have ever had the desire to writie a novel in a month this is a great way to do it. Okay, I know I’m a week late posting about this, but Her Majesty has not been well, so I’m going to forgive her this once.
Now onto the news update:
My Merry Maid has made it into the Kiwi Writers Challenge Collection. YAY. Don’t have any information yet but will keep you posted. I’m thinking I may have to write a few more of these short sexy stories.
I made it into Jonathan Crossfield’s Top Australian Writer Blogs, okay not the Top 50, but the top 100 and I did place higher than Her Majesty. Hehehe. One of our good friends did however place in the Top 50, yes, the lovely Diane Curran placed at 37. Way to go Diane, congratulations. His Lordship has been home this week, so not a lot of writing done. Okay NO writing has been done at all, but that is to change very soon. Trust me, even if I have to tie her to the chair!

Have A Happy Easter
Mel Richard’s life takes a turn for the better when she goes on a Easter weekend trip with her boyfriend. Determined to fulfill his girlfriend’s even sexual fantasy, Brodie takes her to his family farm. Little does Mel know that Brodie has organized for his cousin Chris to meet them there to help with his plan.
But things start to go wrong for Brodie when Mel and Chris begin to have a little too much fun when he isn’t around. What lengths with Brodie be willing to go to, to get his girl back or will he lose her forever?
So this is the story we have been working on this weekend. It’s for a challenge her Majesty entered, write 6,000 words over the Easter period, about the Easter holidays. Now she did start something else, but I think my characters yelled the loudest for a change. Any way we have reached the 6,000 word mark and it doesn’t look like it will be finished anytime soon. I’m thinking 10,000 to 15,000 should pull it up though. It is so good to be writing hot sex scenes again. I have no idea why she thinks she has to edit.

The power that be (not using any names here) has decided to enter My Merry Maid in a challenge for Kiwi Writers. Okay now I know technically she writes all the novels I’m just a name to hide behind but it’s an erotic short story, shouldn’t she have at least written, writing as Cassandra Cornell? Yes, I’m feeling very unloved at the moment and I just may go on strike! To top it off she didn’t even let anyone read it before she sent it off! What if there are mistakes? We all know grammar is not our strong suit.
Anyway that’s my venting for the day. She’s editing at the moment so I guess I’ll be put in the closet at the back of her head motel for a while. I sure hope some of MY characters start yelling to be let out of their rooms soon.
